After our fourth participation in the world’s largest nanotechnology event in Tokyo in January 2025, we have been able to organize again a booth for exhibitors from Austria at the nanotech 2026, with the support of the Austrian Federal Ministry of Innovation, Mobility and Infrastructure (BMIMI), in the frame work of the project ATIMA.
The nanotech2026 conference and exhibition was held at the West Halls & Conference Tower of Tokyo Big Sight in Japan from 28 to 30 January 2026.
We have been able to present on-site the research organizations Material Center Leoben, Silicon Austria Labs, Joanneum Research, PROFACTOR and nanoNET-Austria, as well as the companies Stratec, C-sense and Sunplugged.
The show was a great success and the number of visitors exceeded 45.200 in three days.
At 18th Nanotech Association Conference in Japan, Dr. Heer from Silicon Austria Lab spoke about the “SAL Micro- and Nano-fabrication Center offering nano structuring tools in clean room as a service”.
Further impressions of the show can be found here and here.
Overall, the nanotech2026 was a great success.
