On 9 October 2025, members of the European Lightweight Cluster Alliance (ELCA) met in Düsseldorf during K 2025 – the World’s No. 1 Trade Fair for Plastics & Rubber for their annual General Assembly. The meeting provided an opportunity to review the activities and achievements of the past year and to discuss the strategic program for 2026.
Participants exchanged feedback on ongoing initiatives and reaffirmed their shared mission to advance lightweight technologies across Europe. The assembly once again highlighted ELCA’s strong commitment to collaboration among its partner clusters, with all members dedicated to jointly driving innovation, sustainability, and competitiveness in the European lightweighting sector.
