On 9 April 2026, members of the additive manufacturing (AM) community and industry users gathered in Vienna for the 3D Printing Forum, one of Austria’s leading industry events dedicated to additive manufacturing. The forum once again provided an important platform for exchanging knowledge, discussing current developments, and strengthening connections across the Austrian AM ecosystem.

As a partner of the event, AM-Austria was actively involved and used the opportunity to engage with stakeholders from industry, research, and user communities. Through discussions and direct dialogue, the ATIMA project was promoted to participants, increasing awareness of its objectives and activities within the advanced materials and manufacturing landscape.

The event demonstrated the value of face-to-face networking and community building, while supporting ATIMA’s goal of fostering collaboration and strengthening connections between relevant stakeholders. By engaging with key actors from the additive manufacturing sector, ATIMA further enhanced its visibility and contributed to the continued development of Austria’s advanced materials ecosystem.
