Dear colleagues,
The FFG project “Advanced & Innovative Materials Community Austria (ATIMA)”, initiated by the BMK, takes on the role of networking all relevant players in this field in Austria and providing content-related impetus from this community in order to expand the field in Austria in the best possible way.
In the course of the ATIMA workshop on March 3rd, a survey of relevant content was launched with more than 50 experts who took part physically.
In addition, a questionnaire was developed by BNN to give the entire Austrian community the opportunity to share relevant aspects related to Advanced and Innovative Materials. Here, the strengths that already exist, the developments that can be expected in the future and, in addition, the hurdles, challenges and opportunities that this entails are collected.
Following the topics of the BMK’s call for projects, you are now invited to submit your contributions in these areas:
- Nanomaterials
- Lightweighting materials
- Metal materials
- Functional and smart textiles
- Materials for additive manufacturing
- AdMa overlapping aspects
