Austria once again demonstrated its leading role in the field of additive manufacturing (AM) at the Global AM Hubs Summit 2025 in Barcelona. The country stands out for its unique achievement in uniting the majority of stakeholders from industry, science, education, media, and politics under a single umbrella organisation — AM-Austria.
Representing Austria, Dr. Johannes Gartner, President of AM-Austria, actively participated in the summit and delivered a presentation highlighting the platform’s extensive activities and initiatives. His contribution further strengthened international networking, collaboration, and visibility of the Austrian AM community.
ATIMA supported these efforts by contributing to community building, dissemination, and lobbying, ensuring that Austria’s additive manufacturing ecosystem continues to gain recognition and influence on the global stage.
